Welcome to Cotton & Sundays. By purchasing from us, whether online or in-store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Definitions

  • "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Cotton & Sundays.
  • "You", "Customer" refers to the purchaser of our products.
  • "Products" refers to all clothing sold by us.



2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel an order;
  • limit quantities purchased;
  • correct pricing or product description errors;
  • cancel orders affected by system or pricing errors.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be processed.


3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

Any applicable VAT will be displayed where required by law.


4. Payment

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout or available in-store.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.


5. Product Information

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images and colours are accurate.

Actual colours may vary depending on screen settings, lighting and photography.

Measurements provided are approximate.


6. Availability

Occasionally products may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

Where this occurs, we may:

  • offer an alternative product;
  • place the item on backorder (with your agreement); or
  • provide a full refund.


7. Delivery

Delivery times, shipping fees and related information are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.


8. Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If you believe an item has been damaged during transit, is incorrect or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days to allow us to investigate promptly.

This request for early notification does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.


9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.



10. Sale Items

Sale or clearance items may not be returned because of a change of mind unless we choose to allow it.

This does not affect any rights relating to defective goods under applicable law.


11. Gift Cards

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless required by law.


12. Promotions

Promotions may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice.

Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Promotional vouchers have no cash value.


13. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • logos;
  • photographs;
  • graphics;
  • designs;
  • product descriptions;
  • branding; and
  • text

remain the property of Cotton & Sundays.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.


14. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • use the website unlawfully;
  • interfere with website security;
  • upload malicious software;
  • attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
  • misuse the website in any way.


15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cotton & Sundays shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by South African law.


16. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information is collected only for purposes including:

  • processing orders;
  • customer support;
  • delivery;
  • legal compliance.

We do not sell customer personal information.


17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.


18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised effective date.

Continued use of our website or purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
